What worked for me was realizing that OF was only part of the solution and that I also needed a very clean and friendly calendar (Fantastical) and a bullet-proof reference system for Non-Actionble stuff (Devonthink in my case).įor OF I went with a minimum tag approach and only distinguish between things that I WILL do and things that I MIGHT do.
